In the First-Step® workshop you as a parents will learn about your baby's world, how to develop their skills through play and movement and how to create the best environment for their development.

In the 3-6 month´ workshop we will accompany your babies at that wonderful age when they start to make conscious movements, discover the world around them and learn to roll over. We will focus on how to create the best environment for a baby’s development. You will learn how to stimulate your baby’s balance system, how to help them stay comfortable during tummy time, how to play with your baby and how to create quality waking hours that will also improve their sleep.

The workshop will be held in English.

The First-Step® method offers a holistic approach that sees the connection between a baby's motor, sensory and cognitive learning. Parents from all over the world are learning how to provide the ideal support for their baby and to cultivate a sense of confidence in their body and their abilities that will accompany them for the rest of their lives.
